Eugene Kwame Marfo, popularly known by his stage name Kuami Eugene, is a renowned Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and record producer, born on February 1, 1997, in Oda, Ghana. Known for his mastery of Highlife, Afrobeats, and Afro-pop, Kuami Eugene has become one of the leading voices in contemporary Ghanaian music. His music is characterized by melodic vocals, catchy rhythms, and the ability to blend traditional Ghanaian sounds with modern music styles, creating songs that resonate both locally and internationally.

Kuami Eugene began his professional music career in 2016 and quickly gained recognition for his talent and unique style. He is signed to Lynx Entertainment and distributed through Empire Distribution, which has supported his rise in the music industry. Over the years, he has released numerous hit songs, including Angela, Wish Me Well, Ohemaa, and Wa Ye Wie, among others, each cementing his reputation as a versatile and talented artist.

In 2019, he received seven nominations at the Ghana Music Awards and won awards for Album of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Highlife Artist of the Year. He was later crowned Artist of the Year and Highlife Artist of the Year at the 2020 Ghana Music Awards.
